
Training Rides
The Bike MS: Round Up Ride is open to cyclists of all abilities. The more you train, the more enjoyable the ride will be. Below is a list of different training rides currently in session. Please join us for one or more upcoming ride!

Training Tips:
Tips for first time riders:
- On the night before a ride, make sure you eat a good dinner. Include plenty of carbs, such as pasta or bread. Also, make sure you drink a few glasses of water that evening.
- Eat a good breakfast of oatmeal or whole wheat toast and a banana on the morning of the ride.
- Wear and bring some sunscreen.
- Bring at least two quarts of water, more if you have a camelback or cages on your bike to hold two or more water bottles.
- Bring a cliff bar, a protein bar or fig bars to eat midway for energy.
- If you have an extra innertube, please pack it.

White Mountain Road Club The White Mountain Road Club is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Phoenix, Arizona. The club is affiliated with the United States Cycling Federation (USCF) which promotes professional and amateur bicycle racing in the United States. The White Mountain Road Club supports all levels and categories of its racing membership including juniors', women's, and seniors' divisions. |
